Pascal Fernandez serves as Senior Vice President, Consumer Insights and Engagement for Altria Client Services, which provides professional services and support to Altria Group and its operating companies. In his role, Pascal leads a team that provides both consumer and marketplace insights as well as digital and marketing services to the Altria Group companies. Pascal has led the Consumer and Marketplace Insights function since 2006, and added the Digital and Marketing Services responsibilities to his portfolio in August 2017.
Prior to leading the CMI, Pascal served as Vice President, Marketing, for Philip Morris USA leading the strategy and planning for Marlboro and portfolio brands. Since joining Philip Morris USA in 1991, Pascal has held a variety of leadership positions in a number of functions including marketing, brand management and sales.
Pascal is a member of the European Society for Opinion and Marketing Research. He currently serves on the National Board of Communities in Schools.
