    Five years ago, I came to the Altria family of companies because I was seeking a unique marketing challenge.  I stay here because of the commitment to building leading brands, the leadership experience, and the continued opportunities to build my individual capability and expand my responsibility. 
     
    Working on Altria's tobacco companies' portfolio of leading brands, including Marlboro, Copenhagen, Skoal and Black & Mild, provides endless opportunities as a brand marketer.  Identifying innovative and responsible ways to build stronger relationships with adult tobacco consumers is a marketing experience that is unrivaled in the consumer packaged goods world.  We are different because we succeed by utilizing a deeper understanding of our consumer to identify the most insightful and innovative ways to responsibly build stronger relationships with adult tobacco consumers.
     
    In addition to building leading brands, this organization has provided me with the training and career development opportunities to become a more effective leader of people and to expand my responsibility in the organization.  Over five years, I have held positions in both brand management and in developmental assignments that have broadened my skill set as a marketer, allowed me to develop tangible leadership skills and prepare me for my current role as the VP of the Copenhagen brand.
