Altria Group holds a continuing economic and voting interest in SABMiller. The combination of South African Breweries (SAB) and Miller Brewing Company in 2002 formed one of the world's largest brewing companies. With brewing interests and distribution agreements in over 60 countries, six of SABMiller's brands are in the world's top 50 beer brands.

Altria Consumer Engagement Services provides marketing and promotion solutions for Altria's tobacco companies, increasing efficiency and helping these companies better connect with adult tobacco consumers.

Altria Client Services provides Altria Group and its subsidiaries with high-quality services in areas including human resources, compliance, corporate responsibility, information technology, finance, communications, government affairs, legal and procurement support.
