Altria Group is the parent company of Philip Morris USA, U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Company, John Middleton and Ste. Michelle Wine Estates. Altria Group's tobacco operating companies' brands include: Marlboro, Copenhagen, Skoal and Black & Mild. Altria Group's Ste Michelle Wine Estates brands include Chateau Ste. Michelle, Columbia Crest and Col Solare. In addition, Altria Group owns Philip Morris Capital Corporation, an investment company that manages a portfolio primarily consisting of leveraged and direct finance leases. Altria Group also holds a continuing economic and voting interest in SABMiller, the world’s second-largest brewer.
