Pete Paoli serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Altria Group and the world's leading producer and marketer of smokeless tobacco. He is responsible for the day-to-day strategic direction of USSTC as well as the Manufacturing and Brand Management organizations. Prior to this assignment, Pete served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Altria Sales & Distribution. Since 1979, he has worked for numerous subsidiaries of the former Philip Morris Companies, now Altria Group, including:
- The Oscar Mayer Company working in New York;
- 7UP Company working in New York, Boston, Chicago and St. Louis; and
- Philip Morris USA working in a wide range of leadership responsibilities in functional areas such as, Business & Strategy Planning, Marketing Operations, Customer Relationship Management, Brand Management and Sales.
