Mr. Devitre is Special Advisor to General Atlantic Partners, a private equity firm. In March 2008, Mr. Devitre retired from his position as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Altria Group, Inc. Prior to Mr. Devitre's appointment to this position in April 2002, he held a number of senior management positions with the Company. He is a director of Western Union Company, SAB Miller plc and a Trustee of the Lincoln Center Inc., the Asia Society and the Brooklyn Academy of Music.
