Mr. Farrell is the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Dominion Resources, Inc., one of the nation's largest producers of energy. He became President and Chief Executive Officer of Dominion Resources, Inc. effective January 1, 2006 and was elected Chairman in April 2007. From January 1, 2004 through December 31, 2006, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Dominion Resources, Inc. and prior to that as Executive Vice President. He is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Virginia Electric and Power Company and Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of CNG, both wholly-owned subsidiaries of Dominion Resources, Inc. He is also a Director of the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO). Mr. Farrell is Chair of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Audit, and Nominating, Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility Committees. Previous | Next
