Our Board of Directors

Mr. Muñoz is a principal of the Washington, D.C.-based firm of Muñoz Investment Banking Group, LLC.  He is also a partner in the Chicago-based law firm of Tobin, Petkus & Muñoz.  He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation from 1997 to January 2001.  From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Muñoz was Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary of the United States Treasury Department.  He is a member of the Board of Directors of Marriott International, Inc. and Anixter International, Inc.  He also serves on the Board of Trustees of the National Geographic Society.

Mr. Muñoz is Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Executive, Finance and Nominating, Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility Committees.
