The Altria Code of Conduct provides guidance in support of our Mission and Values. It sets forth the basic rules that govern our businesses, requires employees to speak up if they are aware of potential wrongdoing, and communicates a commitment to protect employees who do so.
Policy Guidance
In addition, Altria and each of its companies provide their employees with more detailed policies on legal, regulatory and business requirements.
Employees can access these policies through an easy-to-use, online repository. They are expected to read, become familiar with, and comply with both the Code and the company policies that are relevant to their individual roles.
