New Rate Reflects Adjustment for Kraft Spin-Off
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 1, 2007--The Board of Directors of
Altria Group, Inc. (NYSE: MO) today declared a regular quarterly
dividend of $0.69 per common share, payable on July 10, 2007, to
stockholders of record as of June 15, 2007. The ex-dividend date is
June 13, 2007. The new dividend rate reflects an adjustment for the
Kraft spin-off, which was completed on March 30, 2007.
