A:	The investment firms of Lehman Brothers and Centerview Partners and the law firms of Hunton & Williams and Sutherland, Asbill & Brennan advised the Board and management of Altria on the Kraft Spin-off. In addition, the investment firms of J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Credit Suisse, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. provided financial advice to the management of Altria.
