Altria Direct Stock Purchase and Dividend Reinvestment Plan

Altria’s direct stock purchase and dividend reinvestment plan is administered by our transfer agent, Computershare.  To find plan details or online investment options, click on the links below: 

Direct Stock Purchase (Buy Stock Direct)
Shareholders can open an account online or make additional purchases to add to an existing account through our transfer agent, Computershare.

Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP)
As an added service, Altria’s plan includes a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) that gives shareholders the option of having their dividend payments applied toward the purchase of additional shares.  To enroll, you must first purchase stock through the plan and then you will be able to select the option for dividend reinvestment.

Downloadable Forms

Altria’s registered shareholders can access forms online for a variety of shareholder transactions including: change of address, dividend payments and transfer of ownership.

E-Consent for Electronic Shareholder Communications via E-mail

Shareholders can consent to receive all future annual reports and proxy materials electronically.  By registering for this service, you will enjoy convenient and timely access to company documents and help reduce high printing and postage costs, creating better shareholder value while at the same time helping the environment.
