JODY L. BEGLEY
President & General Manager
Nu Mark LLC​​


Jody Begley became President and General Manager of Nu Mark LLC in 2015. He leads the company’s development and marketing of innovative tobacco products for adult tobacco consumers and vapers. Jody brings extensive sales, marketing and strategy experience from two of Altria’s largest operating companies and its service companies. He has led several initiatives to better connect adult tobacco consumers with superior branded products and experiences.​
Prior to his appointment, Jody served as Vice President, Brand Management, Skoal for U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Brands. He joined Philip Morris USA in 1995 and has held leadership positions at Philip Morris USA (PM USA), Altria Client Services, and Altria Group Distribution Company, including Vice President, Strategy & Business Development; Vice President, Marketing & Promotion Services; Vice President, Brand Management, Smokeless; Vice President, Brand Management, PM USA and Vice President, Customer & Marketing Services, AGDC.​
Jody is a graduate of the University of Tennessee-Knoxville where he received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering in 1993, and a Masters in Business Administration in 1995.​
Jody currently serves on the Board for the Boys & Girls Clubs in the metro Richmond area.​


CRAIG G. SCHWARTZ
Senior Vice President, Operations and Business Development

Craig Schwartz serves as Senior Vice President, Operations and Business Development, helping Nu Mark develop and manufacture innovative tobacco products for adult tobacco consumers and vapers. He has held this position since 2013.
He previously served as Senior Vice President, Smokeable Manufacturing, for Philip Morris USA where he led efforts to responsibly manufacture brands for adult smokers at PM USA and John Middleton. At Middleton, Craig served as President and Chief Executive Officer and earlier as Vice President and General Manager.​
Prior to his roles at Middleton, Craig served as Vice President, Strategy and Business Development for PM USA, and later for Altria Client Services.
Craig joined Philip Morris International in 1982 as a Financial Analyst for the Latin American Region. During his career at PMI, and later at the Altria Group family of companies, he has held a variety of leadership roles related to Finance and Planning.
Active in the community, Craig serves on the board of Richmond Waldorf School. ​
Craig attended Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pa., for his undergraduate studies, and Babson College in Wellesley, Mass., for graduate school.​

Our Products
Innovation occurs multiple ways. We know that adult smokers and vapers are looking for variety in their e-vapor products and that no one vapor product will meet the needs and interests of all vapers. That’s why we focus on creating a portfolio of products that address a broad spectrum of adult consumer preferences and includes a range of different formats, flavors, nicotine levels and vapor volumes. And we have a promising pipeline of future e-vapor products.
Our Products
Cig-a-like​
Our MarkTen® products are designed to appeal to adult smokers looking for an experience that closely resembles cigarette smoking. MarkTen® e-vapor's patented FourDraw® Technology delivers a fullness of vapor in the mouth that simulates the draw of a cigarette. MarkTen® e-vapor comes in a range of flavors and nicotine levels to satisfy different adult consumer preferences. We also market Green Smoke® e-vapor.
 
Closed Tanks​
In the closed tank segment, MarkTen® Elite is a pod-based product with a premium design and prefilled magnetic click pods.​​
Our APEX® system, currently in select markets, is a pre-filled cartridge of e-liquid that are used in larger devices. Adult tobacco consumers interested in these products tend to seek a slightly different product experience than a cig-a-like product.​

Open Tank Systems​
We capitalize on our relationship with a large vape store chain specializing in open system devices and liquids to learn about open tank systems, supply chain and adult vapers' interest.

Nu Mark's e-vapor recycling programs provide consumers with an easy way to recycle MarkTen® and Green Smoke® cartridges and batteries. Both MarkTen® and Green Smoke® offer consumers easy and cost-free ways to return their used cartridges to be properly disposed.​
Through our partnership with Call2Recycle​, consumers can find convenient drop-off locations nation-wide to properly dispose of their used batteries.​
