Brian W. Quigley
President and Chief Executive Officer
Brian Quigley serves as President and Chief Executive Officer for U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Altria Group and the world's leading producer and marketer of smokeless tobacco. He has held this position since April ​2012 and is responsible for the day-to-day strategic direction of USSTC.

Previously, Brian served as Vice President, Copenhagen for USSTC. Since 2003, Brian has held various leadership roles involving brand management as well as business development and planning at Philip Morris USA and USSTC.
Before joining the Altria family of companies, Brian held branding and leadership roles with several companies, including Pinnacle Foods Corporation; International Home Foods, which is now part of ConAgra, Inc., and in the advertising industry.
Brian serves on the Board of the Science Museum of Virginia Foundation and on the Board of Trustees of the Virginia Foundation for Independent Colleges.

William (Ed) Tucker Jr
Vice President, Manufacturing​
Ed Tucker was appointed Vice President of Manufacturing for U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Company in February 2016. In this role, he is responsible for the commercialization of all new products, promotions and packaging changes related to all smokeless tobacco products. In addition, he is responsible for the manufacturing of all lead market products and smokeless product development work at the Leaf Processing Facility.​
Ed began his career with Philip Morris USA in July 1980 as a Business Unit Leader at the Richmond Manufacturing Center. He has held numerous positions across Philip Morris USA to include: Plant Manager, Flavor Center, Richmond, Va.; Director, Primary Processing, Louisville, Ky.; Director, Primary Processing, Cabarrus, NC; Director, Maintenance and Engineering, Cabarrus; Director, Cigarette Manufacturing, Cabarrus; Director, Planning and Project Management, Chrysalis Inc. in Chesterfield, Va.; Director, Product Commercialization, PM USA and Director of Plant Operations at York Manufacturing in Williamsburg, Va.​
Ed received a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Management from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1980 and later went on to receive his MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.​
