Compliance and Integrity at Altria Group
Altria Group and each of its companies are committed to pursuing business objectives with integrity and in full compliance with the law. Our enterprise-wide Compliance & Integrity Program is led by compliance officers and management of Altria Group and its companies, including Altria Group's Chief Compliance Officer, and driven by employees across our companies. Their efforts are guided by the Altria Group Standards for Compliance & Integrity Programs. Altria Group's Board of Directors monitors and oversees compliance and integrity at Altria Group and its companies.
We recognize that simply having a compliance & integrity program is not enough. Ultimately, it will be the actions and behavior of our companies' employees that will determine our success.

| Altria Group and each of its companies provide their employees with policies that support Altria's Code of Conduct. The Code's foundation is based on four questions that Altria Group and its companies ask their employees to always consider before taking action: Is it legal? Does it follow policy? Is it the right thing to do? And finally, how would it look to those outside the company? |
