Structure at Altria Group

The compliance and integrity mandate at Altria Group and its companies is led by Michael E. Szymanczyk, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Altria Group, Inc., the Board of Directors and senior officers at Altria Group, Inc., as well as senior management of Altria Group's companies.

Martin J. Barrington, Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance & Administrative Officer, Altria Group, Inc., leads Altria Group's Compliance & Integrity Program. He works with the compliance officers for each of Altria Group's companies to drive our enterprise-wide compliance and integrity efforts.  His responsibilities include:

• Setting strategic direction and overseeing the implementation of Compliance & Integrity Programs in each company;
• Monitoring each company's compliance program for effectiveness and adherence to the Altria Group Standards for Compliance & Integrity Programs;
• Reporting to the Audit Committee of Altria Group Board of Directors regarding each company's adherence to Altria Group Standards, alleged violations of the Code, laws or regulations and any corrective measures taken, and overall progress of the Compliance & Integrity Program.
