Structure at Altria Group's Companies
The Altria Group Compliance & Integrity Program supports our Chief Compliance Officer in overseeing each company's compliance program. Its compliance-related services to the Altria Group companies include:

Compliance risk assessment and management processes;

The Integrity HelpLine and other mechanisms for employees to report allegations of non-compliance;

Assistance with policy development;
-
Compliance training services;
-
Compliance communications;
-
Conflict of interest disclosure processes;
-
Tracking and reporting of investigations;
-
Assistance with developing and executing Compliance and Integrity Plans; and
-
Coordinating activities of the Altria Group Compliance Leadership Team.
The Compliance Leadership Team, which includes compliance officers and representatives of each of the companies, meets periodically to share their compliance and integrity efforts and best practices. Compliance Officers at Altria Group's companies monitor compliance with their respective management. Their responsibilities include:

Overseeing their company's Compliance & Integrity Program and its adherence to the Altria Group Standards;

Leading periodic compliance risk assessments;

Developing an annual Compliance and Integrity Plan and monitoring progress against the plan;
-
Monitoring and evaluating compliance priorities established in the Compliance and Integrity Plan;
-
Overseeing and coordinating compliance allegations and investigations;
-
Serving as a resource, along with other mechanisms, for employees to report potential non-compliance;
-
Reviewing conflict of interest disclosures by employees;
-
Regularly communicating to company employees regarding compliance and integrity;
-
Representing their company on the Altria Group Compliance Leadership Team; and
-
Developing a compliance training plan.
