Code of Conduct for Compliance and Integrity

Altria's Mission and Values are supported by the Altria Code of Conduct. The Code is the cornerstone of our enterprise-wide Compliance & Integrity Program. It provides guidance and resources to Altria Group's companies on how to operate with integrity and in compliance with all laws.

The Code sets forth the basic rules that govern our businesses and requires employees to speak up if they become aware of potential wrongdoing.

About the Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct provides an overview of the laws and policies that govern all employees' activities within Altria Group and its companies and communicates a commitment to protect employees who seek advice, raise concerns or report misconduct.

Policy Guidance

In addition to the Altria Group Code of Conduct, Altria and each of its companies provide their employees with policies that support the Code by giving guidance on legal, regulatory and business requirements.

Altria and its companies use an electronic Library of Principles and Policies. The Library is an easy-to-use, on-line resource that gives employees ready access to their company's policies.

The policies are binding rules, and employees of Altria and each of its companies are expected to read carefully, become familiar with, and comply with the policies of their company that are relevant to their individual roles.
