“Lights! Camera! Compliance!” Interactive Video Mini-Series

To continuously improve and update our communication and training efforts, in 2005, we developed an interactive mini-series, “Lights! Camera! Compliance!”, chronicling fictional compliance and ethics dilemmas.

Episode One Episode Two Episode Three Alternate Ending One Alternate Ending Two

The concept is simple: a series of short, thought-provoking videos that dramatize an important compliance issue in a fictional setting that is relevant to nearly any work environment. 

Employees sit in the "director's chair." At the end of the episode, employees are presented three storyline options and asked to vote on what the main character should do. The storyline receiving the most votes is rolled out to all employees in the remaining two episodes. Employees may also view the alternate endings not selected at the end of the series.
