For the eighth year, Altria received a perfect score of 100 in Human Rights Campaign's 2025 Corporate Equality Index for LGBTQ-inclusive workplace policies and practices and was recognized as one of HRC’s "Equality 100:  Leaders in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion."

In 2024, The Center for Political Accountability again ranked Altria 3rd among the Russell 1000 on the CPA-Zicklin Index —an increase of two positions and for the ninth consecutive year designated Altria as a "trendsetter" in this area. The CPA-Zicklin Index measures political transparency among Russell 1000 companies and their voluntary disclosures of political spending.
