Horizon Innovations

We have a majority-owned joint venture with JT Group, called Horizon Innovations, for the U.S. marketing and commercialization of heated tobacco stick products. In August 2025, Horizon submitted a combined PMTA and MRTPA with the FDA for Ploom^® and Marlboro^® heated tobacco sticks.
