Shannon Leistra serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Innovation & Product Officer for Altria Group. In her role, she oversees Altria’s long-term product pipeline and building a comprehensive innovation system inclusive of partnerships and internal capabilities.

She previously held the title of President & Chief Executive Officer, NJOY. Prior to the NJOY role, Shannon has held various operating company leadership positions, including Senior Vice President, Consumer Experience Officer, Altria Client Services and President & CEO of U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Company. Shannon also led the integration of Helix Innovations and has extensive leadership experience across our sales and brand management organizations

Shannon is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a B.A. in marketing and management. She serves on the board of directors for Sacred Heart Center.
