Shannon Leistra serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Growth Officer for Altria Group where she leads a team to accelerate front-end innovation across both nicotine and non-nicotine categories.

Since joining the Altria family of companies in 2003, Shannon has held a variety of leadership roles including, President & Chief Executive Officer, NJOY, Senior Vice President, Consumer Experience Officer, Altria Client Services and President & CEO of U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Company. Shannon also led the integration of Helix Innovations and has extensive leadership experience across our sales and brand management organizations.

Shannon is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a B.A. in marketing and management.

She serves on the board of directors for Sacred Heart Center.
