Our Leadership

Shannon Leistra serves as President & Chief Executive Officer, NJOY, which manufacturers and markets NJOY ACE and NJOY DAILY, the first e-vapor products to receive market authorizations from the FDA for both tobacco and menthol variants.

She previously held the title of Senior Vice President and Consumer Experience Officer (CXO). Prior to the CXO role, Ms. Leistra held various operating company leadership positions, including President and CEO of USSTC. Ms. Leistra also led the integration of Helix and has extensive leadership experience across our sales and brand management organizations.

Shannon is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a B.A. in marketing and management. She serves on the board of directors for Sacred Heart Center.
