  • ​Consumer-Driven Health Plan coverage
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flex Spending Account (FSA) 
  • Preventative medical and select generic prescription drugs covered in full in-network
  • Dental coverage up to $2,000 annually
  • Orthodontia coverage paid at 50%, up to a $2,500 lifetime maximum
  • Eye exams and lenses every 12 months, frames every 24 months
  • Business Travel Accident Insurance paid by the Company
  • A Company-paid Short-Term Disability Plan for disabilities lasting up to 26 weeks at full pay​
  • A Company-paid Long-Term Disability Plan for disabilities lasting longer than 6 months
  • Access to a personal Health Advocate to help you navigate the health care system. Your Advocate can help you find the best doctors, obtain second opinions, sort out health care billing issues, obtain approvals for certain services and get your questions answered.
  • For employees who want to create a family through surrogacy or fertility treatments (medical diagnosis of infertility not required), the company will reimburse up to $35,000 per surrogacy arrangement or for fertility-related costs (e.g. IVF treatments). Also available is a lifetime maximum of $10,000 for cryopreservation.
  • Unlimited lifetime maximum for infertility treatment services (medical diagnosis required)

​We know in today's fast-paced environment that it's more important than ever for our employees to balance their personal life and professional careers. And we work hard to do that.​
  • ​An Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) to help you resolve personal problems which may occur. The EAP is available 24/7 and is a completely confidential and voluntary service to help employees through rough patches such as marital distress, family issues, financial problems, substance abuse, legal concerns and other personal problems. You can also use it to find dependent care, pet-sitting services and more.
  • Adoption Assistance (up to $35,000 per child)
  • Dependent Care Reimbursement Program up to $1,000 per calendar year
  • Paid Time Off for emergency care for a qualified child, parent, spouse or domestic partner (with limitations)
  • Paid Time Off for a child’s school activities (for school-age children)
  • Paid Family and Medical Leave of up to 12 weeks of full pay for various reasons, including bonding with a new child and caring for a family member. This benefit is in addition to Short-Term Disability benefits, if applicable.
  • Breast Milk Shipping​
  • An optional Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account to reimburse yourself on a pre-tax basis for child care or adult dependent care expenses.
  • Paid Vacation (your date of hire and years of service determine your eligibility)
  • 14 Paid Holidays annually
  • A Vacation Buy Program, which allows you to purchase up to five additional vacation days each year
  • Depending on location – Onsite: cafeterias, fitness centers, medical centers, ATMs, hair salons and credit union memberships​​

Planning for the future can be challenging. That's why it's important for us to offer our employees resources and programs to help them plan, build and invest in their futures.
  • ​​​A Profit Sharing Plan where you can personally contribute up to 35% of your pay
    • After just 90 days of service the company will match you dollar for dollar on the first 3% of pay you contribute
    • After one year of service the Company will contribute from 13% to 17% of your pay, even if you do not contribute to the Plan
