Mr. Clarke served as Chief Financial Officer of the Greater Toronto Airports Authority, operator of Toronto Pearson International Airport, Canada’s largest airport, from 2017 through December 2022. From 2004 through 2016, Mr. Clarke served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Business Development of Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Ltd. (“Maple Leaf Sports”), owner of the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, Toronto FC and the Air Canada Centre. Mr. Clarke spent 26 years at Maple Leaf Sports in key strategic planning and financial leadership positions. Mr. Clarke is a director of AGF Management Limited (TSX: AGF.B), First Capital Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: FCR.UN) and the Canadian Olympic Committee.

He is a member of the Audit, Finance, and Nominating, Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility Committees.
