Online Assessment #1 (Un-proctored)

Our operations and maintenance jobs require employees to have several skills and abilities to perform safely and effectively on the job. Our assessment combines various types of questions, examples, and exercise to give us a sense of how well your capabilities align to this job role. The assessment will take approximately 45 minutes. Results are archived for 12 months.

Online Assessment #2 (Proctored)

Maintenance candidates who have successfully passed Assessment #1 may be invited to participate in the Job Knowledge Test based on hiring demands. The recruiter may contact you via email to invite you to complete the proctored assessment. The assessment will take approximately 45-60 minutes.

As you prepare for interviewing with the Altria family of companies, we wanted to provide you with some tips on how to be successful throughout the interview process.

Generally, there are two stages to our interview process: (1) a phone screen interview, If applicable to your position; and (2) an on-site or virtual panel interview.
