Mr. Muñoz is a principal of Muñoz Investment Banking Group, LLC. He is also a partner in the law firm of Tobin & Muñoz. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation from 1997 to January 2001. From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Muñoz was Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary of the United States Treasury Department. He is a director of Laureate Education, Inc. (NASDAQ: LAUR). He also serves as a trustee of the National Geographic Society. He previously served as a director of Archipelago Holdings, Inc.
